(March 25, 2019, 5:47 pm)We've just renewed our lease after being here a year because they set the bar high. We've toured other apartments looking for a change of scenery, but Midtown Arbor seemed to be perfect in every way. It's close to everything, yet secluded and quiet, it's always super clean and well-maintained, but most of all the staff awe so nice and welcoming. We initially fell in love with the place because of Loretta, but now we don't want to leave Caleb behind (We want him back, by the way)!! We've always felt at home and it's truly a community not just an apartment complex!
(March 24, 2019, 11:41 pm)Wow! Truly amazed by the customer service at this property. Caleb was great! I toured other properties and Midtown Arbor was the only one I felt welcomed in! Once my internship is confirmed, I will be moving here! 5 stars!
(February 17, 2019, 9:19 pm)Lived here for about a year and a half and loved it. The place is super clean and quiet. It's tucked into the heart of midtown just far enough not to hear any noise from the bars and restaurants nearby but still close enough to stumble home from them without a worry. The best part of living in Midtown (besides the newly renovated apartments and awesome location) was the staff. These guys are awesome - super friendly, accommodating and always made us feel at home. Work orders were always responded to promptly and these guys were very active in maintenance/upgrades. If we didn't leave Houston we would for sure have kept our cozy 1BR + Study. Highly recommend!
(November 1, 2018, 1:05 pm)Have been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it! Centric location and great & friendly, very responsive staff and management. They truly know how to make you feel right at home. Best complex I’ve lived in Houston!

You can’t beat the location for the price and it’s tucked just outside of the busyness of Midtown. Most importantly, the staff is excellent and addresses any issues we’ve had in a timely manner.
