(September 22, 2018, 7:38 pm)I called prior to going in. The employee was friendly and confirmed they had what I was looking for. I arrived and was promptly greeted and was informed he was there to help or answer any questions. I always appreciate acknowledging me, a customer, when I walk in. Unfortunately, the wrong type of material was what was in stock, though the employees made suggestions on how to make it work. I wasn’t comfortable for the application though I appreciated the suggestion and demonstrated a willingness to solve the problem. All in all, good visit though I have to deduct a star as the product I’m looking for should be in stock, not the outdated type.
