From the beginning Felipe listened to my concerns as I explained the issue. He was very friendly and very quick to make sure I knew I would be taken care of. After the diagnosis it ended up being the starter. Immediately Felipe called to keep me up to date, making sure I understood the issue and how much it would be. ???? He made my experience simple and easy. The whole service team was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, one in particular named Carson.???? He helped me find the person I needed to talk to and helped me find my car after it was finished. All around great service team, would highly recommend to anyone. ????To top it off I got a call from the Service manager Anthony 2 days later, checking on me, making sure my vehicle was running smooth. “I’d move to Houston just to go to this gym. It’s got all of the equipment you need, for all levels of training. This is the type of place you could train as an elite athlete and also your mom/grandmother. It’s that cool and well-rounded of a place. My background is in exercise science and I’d definitely trust these guys training me. They’re innovative, smart, practical, and down to earth. They also have a good sense of humor. It’s got three separate rooms and is incredibly spacious. Say hi to the owner Eric for me. He’s an awesome and intelligent dude and is working on a lot great things over there.”
