Tavi the mechanic was very kind and helpful he explained everything that he was going to do. And the owner was very kind as well interacting with the kids offered them treats. They treat you with respect. No question was silly when it came to asking since I don't know about cars. They gave me an accurate no hidden fees estimate which by the way was beyond reasonable.
