(November 5, 2018, 2:17 pm)I went here for the first time when my Miehle Vacuum needed some service. I presented them with a bit of a challenge. Being the owner of 7 dogs, my vacuum cleaner gets quite the workout! But they took care of it, cleaned it up, put on a new part, and it was as good as new! The couple who took care of me were very friendly, and we talked about our dogs together! I will continue to go here for my vacuum needs!

Sells and services a wide range of vacuum cleaners. When I need an air filter for my hardwood vacuum cleaner, they have it! Staff are professional and very knowledgeable.

There are not many small businesses like this left, you may save a dollar at big box store or online, but actual service from interested person beats the transient clerks or phone answers at other options. Specialty stores like Burdens offer continuity in our neighborhoods and hometowns that change too fast! Thank you Burdens for hanging in there!
