  Love this gym. Powerlifter friendly! I was in town for Thanksgiving and Barbara opened the gym for me to train. The machines were different from the ones at your franchise gyms but effective. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves to lift.

  I stopped by to check out the place. Lamont welcomed me in and showed me around himself. The atmosphere was pumped; Barbara was coaching the squat and slapping shoulders before they got under the bar. The equipment was top notch. I checked it out and they had name brand barbells and squat racks. Combo racks and competition benches to practice for meets. They invited me back for a free lifting session which I will take them up on. Awesome awesome gym.

  This gym is on it's way to becoming THE premier training facility in Houston. Newest addition of competition grade powerlifting equipment and knowledgeable staff in different avenues of strength training, members don't need to go anywhere else. Bring your chalk, get loud, and lift heavy! We love it!
