Food is so good. The place Is ghetto and the owner is a rude as person she yells when she speaks to you but it's cheap n food is good. There's a cashier there who's worked there for years she is super nice n sweet.
CASH ONLY. Which needs to be stated at the door. Other than that it's the typical food spot complete with street/homeless customers lounging at the counter. Food was good and fresh. Customer service was great. Very interesting.????
I’m practically a regular at this location who comes at least once every two weeks which means I am a consumer who keeps Indy restaurants like this one in business. I noticed the corn nuggets I ordered weren’t in my bag after arriving home which isn’t a big deal to me. I call back and ask for the owner/manager (guy in tux) not because I want a refund or want to come back so I can get my $1 corn nuggets. We all make mistakes and I totally understand that but it’s not about the nuggets. I experience situations like this all the time because I am also a business owner myself and have to deal with employees who make mistakes. I requested to speak to the owner because I know that he is the one who will be able to confront and control his employees of any mishaps that might occur and that they will actually listen to him. If employees aren’t confronted of their mistakes, they will continue to make mistakes knowing that there isn’t punishment. Common sense you can say. For me to request to talk to the owner so I can inform him of this mistake and for him to not even have the decent courtesy to even speak to me seems very unprofessional. Oh well, just speaking from my own personal experience and knowledge. Food is great though!
