  We don’t speak Spanish in our home but I have always wanted my children to grasp another language especially Spanish. Our son has been attending Girasol for a little over a year now and he loves it! When he first started he would hardly speak and was very difficult to understand but the teachers here worked with him and we’re very patient. Now he’s a whole other child. He loves singing new songs that he’s learned or teaching us new words and phrases that are completely in Spanish. These teachers are nothing short of amazing. This is a great school. I am at ease knowing that my son is in a safe environment with awesome teachers that care about his well-being and challenge him intellectually. The amount of Spanish my son has picked up amazes me daily. Not only is he getting a foundation of a foreign language but he’s also being prepped for Kindergarten as well. I’m excited too see how much more he learns and I can’t wait long enough to put our daughter in Girasol. Any parents looking for a school where their child/children will be challenged be loved and learn another language, then I would recommend this school.

  My son has been attending Girasol for a little more over a year. I love the way my son has been treated with loved, patience and respect. He loves to go and see his friends and spend time at school. He loves his teachers and never has anything wrong to say about them.
  I feel grateful for all the teachers there. For their great effort in the wellbeing of the children, especially with my son. My son is learning a ton since he is there. His communication in Spanish has improve a lot and he loves to attend school.
  The environment feels warm and safe for the children. Classes are in small groups but he is also able to interact with all his friend.
  I am so happy that God place this school near us when we need it.
  I absolutely recommend Girasol to all those parents looking for a school that really cares about the wellbeing of the children. And it is a super plus that they can learn Spanish in a very fun and practical way.

  Very nurturing and family oriented environment for the kids, does not feel like a day care, more like a family ;) My daughter loved going there every day. The first thing when she would enter the classroom is to run and give hugs to her teachers !! She made a lot of friends and learned a great deal of Spanish in a few months ... I highly recommend Girasol dual language preschool !!!

  We saw results in 6 weeks - our 3 year old knew numbers, letters, songs, colors, emotions and directional phrases by her second month at Girasol School. She has continued to understand more and build on her vocabulary by being able to use the words she knows plus the context cues when I speak with her in Spanish at home. She will watch cartoons in Spanish and English with equal enthusiasm, beyond Dora, and has taught her 2 year old little brother numbers, songs and salutations. We have been so happy with her experience and progress that we plan to enroll him with her in the fall.
  
  The teachers encourage her to question and explore beyond language. Some recent examples are coming home with facts about bugs and wanting to measure everything. The value foundation of the school really shines through the friends she has made and how they interact, the balance of challenge and encouragement from her teachers and her overall confidence in new language, math and science concepts.
  
  We are also very excited about the Spanish summer camp program. My only worry is what we will do when its time for Kindergarten, because this is the only school in the area that is truly dual language immersion and Cy Fair doesn't begin dual language learning this early.

  We couldn't be more pleased with our son's preschool experience at Girasol Dual Language Preschool. It is a dual language, montessori style, and Christian preschool- a unique structure that fulfills exactly what we were hoping to find in a preschool. My son is challenged yet comes home cheerful. He has gained cute friendships, independence, and coherent English/Spanish speaking and writing skills at Girasol. His teachers are special and treat him with kindness. Girasol is a gem of a preschool in Cypress.
