  A few minor bumps living here but overall a great experience! The complex is well kept and constantly doing improvements. Can't beat the proximity to freeways. I like that it is quiet and caters to young professionals/families. The staff is extremely helpful and always trying to create a community vibe among the residents with social events throughout the year. Baileigh and Andrew are the best! Keep making it great guys!

  Great location, relatively quiet complex. Easy parking. Everything’s been awesome so far, move in was easily as long as you come prepared. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Shoutout to Andrew for helping us move in! awesome guy :)

  I congratulate the administrador, he is always available and solves each of the needs related to the department and the entire housing complex. He really has an excellent team and always worried to make the complex look clean.

  So sad to say we are leaving. I thought we might spending two or three years in this city. However, no one knows what will happen in the future. It’s also very sad to see so many negative comments. I know this is not the best property in this city, but, comparing it with the properties nearby, I think it deserves the price and a 4 stars at least.
  I read almost all negative reviews, and I thought we suffered most problems mentioned in those reviews. But, I didn’t think the management team had to be blamed. Actually, they did their best to getting things done.
  During the hurricane time last year, some units lost power and water supply. However, not all of the units were in trouble. Buddy, it’s Harvey, 1000 times worse than the one destroyed Louisiana!
  Some complained the maintenance team came so late. Well, this depends. Sometimes we were angry for this too. However, there’s only a few engineers on site. They had to take care of all residents need help. Be patient.
  Parking. Okay, if you get used to back home late, it might be a little bit difficult to find a parking spot on the same level. Not all the building! And, this is parking space inside building, this means the space assigned to each one couldn’t be that big. However, if all parking properly, parking zoom is never a problem. If you don’t want to experience the storms in Houston in the summer, you will love this parking place. The last I wanna mention about the parking is: slow down!

  Just moved into my new apartment here one week ago. I have to say staffs here are amazing. They are agencies while you are a guest, they are managers after you move in, they are package receivers once you have packages delivered. Even though they are busy, they are all nice and patient.
