Somehow during the rest of the renovation the reflective tubing got thrown in the dumpster and the diffuser (trim piece you see inside the house) got cracked. I called Houston Daylighting to see if they had the replacement parts I needed. Not only did they have them but they had them in stock so I picked them up same day. The owner happened to be there and gave me some great tips on installation too. Highly recommend these guys. Customer service was phenomenal and they really know their product.”
