“I was a patient at the Houston OCD program for 3 weeks. I do not live in the area, so it was a huge leap of faith to travel quite a distance and give this program a try. It is hard work but it sure beats the alternative of staying sick. Prior to attending this program, I had exhausted all my options with little to no change in my mental health status. The experience was was incredible and really life changing, to say the least. Everyone was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I learned so much about how to better manage my condition and they gave me a concrete plan on how to continue treatment after my discharge. My individual therapist was Jennifer Sy and she was fabulous! You really can see the difference going there vs your everyday run of the mill therapist. These people are really dedicated to your treatment and are on the cutting edge of OCD treatment. Everywhere else I went, I just felt like another patient. At the Houston OCD program, I felt as though I really mattered and that everyone really cared about my recovery. If you’re suffering from this awful disorder, I highly suggest giving them a call. It could change your life!!”

“I knew they were going to be good upon meeting Linda at the front desk. She is a very nice and personable individual that was very helpful. There were numerous people ahead of me and I was a first timer and a walk-in. So, I understood that it was going to take a little bit more time. Didn’t bother me too much as the waiting area is nice and has lots of windows unlike your more traditional doctors’ office. Once inside the exam room I was met with a very courteous doctor and assistant. Definitely going back there again the next time I am feeling ill.”

“Anytime Fitness is a great 24 hour neighborhood gym in the Heights. They have up to date equipment, their cleaner keeps the equipment, two private showers and restrooms spotless and the entire staff is very professional and beyond friendly. No one is ever too busy to answer a question about your personal fitness goals or show you how to correctly use unfamiliar equipment. Friendly, regular folks of all ages attend. I always feel very comfortable working out there as the staff is extremely safety conscious. During non-staffed hours the gym is secure from entry by non members. Personal safety devices are on hand and ready for use should the need arise. I've been a member for several years with nothing but positive experiences. I really look forward to my regular visits and enjoy passing the time with the personable front counter staff on the way in and out. I feel I pay a very reasonable monthly rate for outstanding service. Give them a try and you'll love it.”
