“I don’t know what it is about this particular establishment, but every single time I get a haircut here it’s an unusually pleasant experience. I have had a different person cut my hair the few times that I’ve been here, and every time they are very nice to have a conversation with, and every time they went above and beyond what they needed to do. For example, the first time I went there, they gave me a hot towel and shoulder massage free of charge just because they wanted me to be a repeat customer. Guess what, now I’m a repeat customer. Makes you wonder why doesn’t everybody in the customer service business go above and beyond????????”

“My Dad passed away 10/15 - after living several years at Seven Acres (Dementia/Alzheimer's Wing). After seeing some negative reviews, I now am sorry I did not comment immediately after Dad passed regarding the exceptional and loving care Dad received. He was so well taken care of and truly, you could tell how much everyone cared about and cared for him. We did not notify them when we (my mom, brother, my son or my husband and I) were going to visit - so, there was no 'prep' time for them to get ready for us - so we knew he was attended to at all times. After Dad passed, we received a beautiful letter from the Administration expressing their condolences and it touched our hearts so very much. I believe in what they do - I know they are caring and I wanted to tout the unbelievable service they provide to the elderly.”
