“Dr. Kleinman is wonderful! I had a parathyroid removed in July, I needed to have it quickly because of my work schedule. His office was very accommodating, friendly, and personable. I feared the surgery because I didn’t want the scare on my neck. He worked with me to explain how he would close the incision, so that it would be very minimal. The day of the surgery I was still very hesitant because of the scaring. Dr. Kleinman called a nurse at the hospital that was his previous patient, to show me her scar. She send me pictures of her neck and called me to talked to me about how her scar healed. I felt extremely comfortable after talking with her. When the doctor came back, he made sure I was felling good about having the surgery before bring me back. The surgery turned out great, the scaring is very minimal. I feel so much better after the surgery.”
