“First time apartment renter here. I have been pleasantly happy with my first month stay. They offered a special so that was nice. My apartment is spacious and has a good sized closet for it being a studio. The dog park is fun for my dog in the morning and evening. I do wish people would pick up after their dog though (on the grass areas) it is not hard and they have multiple pet waste stations with the bags provided(: Other than that I’m happy to be living in a good location that is convenient to me!”

“Greetings! In the past couple months I have been searching for apartments. There has been many factors that I have been taking into consideration; one being the location and two, the willingness to solve issues and concerns that may affect my family and I. I am proud to say that Aero on upper Bay apartments have exceedingly met my standards and expectations. As I entered the office to ask about the property Jasmine, who is the Assistant did phenomenal with addressing all my questions and concerns that I had. She was confident and so kind when she greeted me as I entered the office. Her charisma about the property enhanced her service to curious clients as myself. Although she seemed busy and I arrived a couple minutes before closing she so willingly offered to give me a tour of the property and pointed out the rich components that the property carries. I definitely recommend this location! Ms.Jasmine delivered it all at once for me to feel certain. She was a delight and communicates well which shows how aware she is about what she does. The units look renovated which give off a compelling environment to live in. This was just my first visit. I Highly recommend !”

“If your looking for a apartment with updated black appliance and is newly renovated you found it!!! The apartments have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. I have toured them all and each floor plan is really spacious. The inside of the units are so nice. The vinyl wood flooring in each apartment is a must for me and Valencia definitely has beautiful vinyl wood flooring, easy to clean up if you have kiddos :) And to top it off the color scheme is absolutely gorgeous. Not only do will you feel at home. The leasing office employees, property manager and assistant manager are kind and happy to assist you. Go check it out yourself and see what I mean. To the office staff I miss you guys already!”
