“I call cause I had an issue with my data and I just paid my bill yesterday.. i watched two episode of supernatural in on Netflix. I got back on and 10 min later I get a message stating i had no more data... the help I received was beyond any help at any place. They helped me with a new and better plan and a few buck cheaper.. this location I give 10 stars but I can on rate a 5.. i didn't get the name of the gentlemen who help me but anyone shoes them this or u guys trying to see who helped. I'm the customer who called his wife to confirm the actions to change out plan and a few features I never really use.. yall are good people and I recommend this place over the my metro pcs in bear creek... oh this was all done over the phone.. the best help I can say I ever got any place I've done business with. “I was nervous to go to this location based on the reviews, but I am extremely happy to say that I am beyond happy with Sonia, and her teams customer service skills!! I had an issue with my place rewards and a coupon I was attempting to use online. I went ahead and called in to see if they could offer any help with why I was having so much trouble. Sonia informed me it was a common error that could only be corrected in store. She then let me know that she would be more than happy to help personally if I decided to go in, which I did. I went in, and was out of the store within 15 minutes!! Beyond happy with the service, and the store itself was great. As for the customers shopping there, I was extremely dissatisfied. I completely understand it’s a children’s clothing store, but teaching your children to have manners and respect seems to have gone out the window. Will be returning, no matter the unruly children.”

“I had a great first time mattress buying experience here. I am about to move in three weeks and had been looking for a memory foam gel mattress to bring to my new apt. Fernando was the best help to me!! He let me try out several different mattress styles and their firmness to feel the difference and for me to see which firmness I liked the best. He also went through the entire financing process and got me an excellent deal and even worked it out for me to be able to get two brand new memory foam pillows to match my new bed.
