One goldfish I bought from them died two days after I got it home, they replaced it no problem. The second fish had no eyes which I didn’t realize until I got it home, I ended up being fine with the fish but then it died a week after I got it home. My tank is established (almost 2 years and has other established goldfish) so I’m not sure what was up.”

“Just had a great experience purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base from Our Sleep Guide. Niko was awesome to work with. We went in wanting to compare 2 different mattresses from online stores. They had both models there. It was SO nice to be able to try them out in person rather than just relying on reviews online. Niko had great insight on how they were similar and what the key differences were. He knew his stuff and was pleasant and personable. Our Sleep Guide was instrumental in helping us pick between our top 2 choices. We actually went home and mulled it over for a few days so we could decide if we wanted to go with an adjustable base or not. When we were ready to move forward, we were able to complete the transaction over the phone. Slick and easy. They will be coming out to set up our new bed when it arrives. I'm expecting a 5 star experience from that as well, but will update my review if there's anything else to add.”

We met salesman Jackie on Wednesday and he spent a rock solid hour showing us slab choices, and, then we came back Saturday and Jackie was a blue collar cat unloading trucks in the August heat. I knew right then that I was n the right place. Jackie personally tagged our exact selections. I've been a family run remodel contractor for 40 plus years and I appreciate a grinder. The seats are decent sized and comfortable, the rows aren't horribly squished together. My only complaint is the prices of food and water.
