“This morning my driver's side wiper popped off as I was driving in to work. Upon arrival, I found the closest O'Reilly's and called to find out if they carried wipers for my foreign car. The Manager, Ross, looked it up and told me he would have for me upon my arrival. Not only did they have the right wipers but Ross also installed them with a great attitude and a professional spirit! It was a fantastic experience after a stressful drive in the rain. Highly recommend this store.”

His performance gets five stars, but I rated a 4 because I am not happy with how the insurance claim process works. My phone was in mint condition, less the charging port not working. Deductible was $100 with a 3+ day waiting period. I called repair shops and got quotes 50 to 65 dollars, but again, a waiting period. Ended up buying a new phone because I did not have one currently working, and what adult with kids can wait that long without a phone. No point in having the insurance.”
