“This is hands down one of the best braid shops in Houston. The place is clean, the owner and staff have great customer service etiquette and they braid very neat and fast. They offer a nice relaxing environment that is not chaotic and loud at all. This place is a hidden gem. You have got to try this place you will not regret it! My A/C went out Friday evening with 100 degree temp outside and JR was over Friday evening to fix it... That really means a lot to us!! My moms A/C went out on Sunday and he sent someone over the same day!! I have referred him to my mom, family, and neighbors and they have had outstanding service with them!! Right away she walked me in sat me down and explained to me her process. She asked me questions to accommodate with my families needs and wants. She had my furniture delivered next day (being a holiday) it was delivered and put together and I could not be more pleased with her efforts. I am highly satisfied & I have my dream bed! “Glen repaired my oldest son's car and was so transparent and thorough that we decided to make him our family mechanic. He always goes out of his way to assist us and is consistent with his work. He even hurt his hand really bad and had to get stitches and made sure he had help in order to get our family friend's vehicle back up and running on time for school. Great mechanic and all around good guy...would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Do not regret our decision at all!”
