After searching several other flooring entities, Marshburn's Flooring was recommended by a neighbor. As soon as my husband visited their store, he called me to say we had found our vendor! Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection of flooring. But more importantly, they are a local, family owned business with the best customer service we've ever encountered. We were so impressed with their knowledge and honesty and the lengths to which they went to ensure our satisfaction. They gave us an installation date and their courteous, professional installers showed up early that morning and completed the job in two days. We did have a couple of minor install concerns, but they were quickly resolved the following day! It's very satisfying to do business with honest, hard working people like the Marshburns who do what they say they'll do and stand behind their work and products. He really went the extra mile and even brought us window units to use for the night before the work. The next day Adrian, Troy, and Tyler showed up on time and in one day took out a flawed nasty dirty dead system and replaced it with an updated system. They were fast, clean and did a great job. “Kelly was very helpful and never pushy. She helped my Mom make a decision on the right dishwasher for her. She showed my Mom all the options and was very patient and kind. AND saved her money! UPDATE!! The staff are awesome, however, the dishwasher was junk. Motor didn't work upon initial installation. Repairman fixed it within a couple of days. It stopped washing again within a week. Return was fast and easy. Kenmore is NOT what it used to be. We stopped at Lowe's on the way home from returning the Kenmore and bought a Frigidaire. It isn't as quiet but it works great!”
