“Kelly was very helpful and never pushy. She helped my Mom make a decision on the right dishwasher for her. She showed my Mom all the options and was very patient and kind. AND saved her money! UPDATE!! The staff are awesome, however, the dishwasher was junk. Motor didn't work upon initial installation. Repairman fixed it within a couple of days. It stopped washing again within a week. Return was fast and easy. Kenmore is NOT what it used to be. We stopped at Lowe's on the way home from returning the Kenmore and bought a Frigidaire. It isn't as quiet but it works great!”
