“Easy to see why this company has a constant 5 star rating. Amazing and quick customer service. Matt was polite, honest, and accommodating. Our outside AC unit died last night, in the middle of a Houston summer. Called a couple of other places first thing this morning, one didn't answer or call back, the other couldn't get here until tomorrow. With two little boys at home with me, I was so thrilled when Matt actually answered the phone and then scheduled to come out the same day. He was to come out early afternoon, but then called an hour or so later and said he was between jobs and was able to stop by sooner if we were available. Within a matter of 4 hours, Matt and his amazing team came out to inspect and completely replace the entire outside unit. He talked through everything with me to make sure I understood all the components of the job. He even asked to make sure the old unit wasn't still under warranty, something most people forget to check. The house is now cooling down and I am so appreciative of Matt and his team for such awesome service and quick turnaround.”
