“Clint and team remodelled our pool inn 2015. I can personally say the end product was wonderful....just about everything on our pool is new now except the hole in the ground. We love the added features of automatic water leveling; psychedelic light in the deep end and the new surface and decking. Any questions I have, I just text Clint and he gets right back to me. “Amazing customer service. I went to Discount Tire by Mason road and I10 to get four new tires put on my vehicle as well as balanced. Spent 2 hours waiting for this to be done. After which, as I driving steering wheel was shaking. Took it back to Discount Tire to get tires checked. They balanced the tires again. Took another hour. Again had issues with my tires shaking again. 35 minutes later I take my car to this fine establishment, come to find out the balancing I just got at Discount, come to find out all four of my tires were still off. One by a whole 3 oz. Thanks to the fine folks here, now my tires shake anymore.”

Postal over weighed my package and wanted to charge me more than double because of the upcoming holiday season. I understand the timing and needing to make a profit but Sheesh! Carol at this UPS store was very helpful and extremely nice. I felt the price was reasonable enough, too. This will be go-to place from now on.”

“Clean store, well run. Breakfast food is great, Heath the restaurant manager is on point even with all the upkeep that entails . I stop in almost every morning for quality service and food. Whiney the GM is super nice and normally works the weekdays, but weekend experience is fine too. I've NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are overall very very good, super friendly and do a good job of offering add-on sales(upper mgmt fyi), I give kudos to management for training! I enjoy coming here ALL the time!”

I love that they take time to show us the new stuff and how to use it certain things. They offer heat presses with warranty. They have all the vinyl you could ever need and the prices super low. They also carry oracle and other name brands. I’ve been a loyal customer at sk Houston and I followed them here which is closer to my house. “I found Homecoming Mums & Garters by Ann Ivy on Facebook in a frantic search for a garter that I needed the same day. I was literally running around on Saturday afternoon going crazy trying to get everything for my daughter to attend a homecoming at the last minute. There were other crafter that I did message but they did not reply back. With only a few hours before the event, I reached out to Homecoming Mums & Garters by Ann Ivy, and lucky for me, Ann replied back fairly quick. She was enjoying the college foot ball game from her living room when she got my message. All she asked for was the school, the couples individual interest and their names. Then just like that- Voilà! The homecoming garter was ready. She did not disappoint! She came through and had it ready earlier than I anticipated. She not only had a quick turn around time, great communication skills, good quality work but most importantly, the customer service was excellent! I had a great experience and the garter was beautiful! I am really thankful and definitely will use her again. She is very professional and knows what she’s doing! I highly recommend her.
