Not true at all all three visits were there ten to fifteen minutes and was called in back for the lab work. The ladies were nice and helpful. I did witness an act of kindness when a elderly patient was needing help signing in and a worker stopped her routine and stayed with the patient until registered and seated. Extra mile I smiled.”
