“They have cheap, affordable plans, they offer decent phones when you switch a line. The staff was severely unknowledgeable. The lady was nice! She let us in and processed us opening a new account, transferring 3 lines, got 3 new phones... Even though it was right around closing time when we arrived!!! But she didn't know the plans, couldn't tell me the first thing about any of the phones they offered, couldn't tell me anything about other phones to upgrade to, actually told me no, that they did not offer 2 different phones that I was looking at ON THEIR WEBSITE AT THE TIME!!! If Boost would train their employees, they would get a much higher rating!!!”
