“(See update below) Thought I would pay the extra money for THE name brand. Salesman promised the world and provided great communication... until the install went wrong. Now nobody will take or return my calls. The only thing I need fixed is the side walk-through door, which was never finished being installed properly and is so poorly installed, it could be knocked down easily with a strong shoulder. Something they could repair in no more than an hour. I waited 2 months before leaving this review, giving them a chance to reply but after multiple calls... nothing. Find someone who will stand behind their product! 5/16/2018: I was able to finally reach the crew manager who personally came out and reset the door, which did need a full reset. Rating raised to a 4 (they don’t have 3.5) because it really is a great shed. Still battling a few smaller issues but receiving actual responses now.”
