  This is the place you want to stay if you are traveling for business in the Spring area. Rooms are very large and incredibly clean with wonderfully comfortable beds. Free happy hour with drinks and food Monday - Wednesday. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile each time you come in. Plenty of parking. Only con I can think of is that there are no outlets on the night stand, I had to pull it out from the wall to access the outlets behind it for my cell phone charger. Overall wonderful hotel.

  Visited my brother when he came into town to visit. Hotel seems new and the rooms are very nice. My brother said they loved the kitchette in the room.

  I stayed at the hotel for 40 nights. I had a great experience.
  
  Pros
  - Spacious and well designed rooms, you have your own kitchen, sitting area, working area and bed area. Very cozy. I loved it.
  
  - Evening complimentary snacks every Mon, Tuesday and Wednesday - though these are "snacks", they really serve as dinner and it's usually very tasty and unique
  
  - Friendly and well trained staff
  
  - Good price
  
  - You have supermarkets closeby and almost anything you need is 5-7 minutes away.
  
  Cons
  Not a location for fun/leisure really as it is 30-40 from Houston.

  Fabulous space! So clean, and fresh. The breakfast in the morning had such great variety. The staff was so nice. We were there as a large group and we felt very welcomed and accommodated.

  Nice hotel in a nice area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Conveniently located off of I-45. Lots of restaurants and shopping near. Clean rooms with awesome walk in showers. Will definitely stay again if ever in the Houston area!
