  I absolutely loved this place. If you want a good parking spot, I suggest paying for Valet unless you don't mind walking back and forth. The staff was great!!! They printed us out a whole list of things to do in the area. They have a heated infinity pool that my children really enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

  I like this Marriott because it is brand new. When I checked in they literally just opened for about a week. So everything is new. Room is modern and the lobby is amazing. So is the Platinum lounge. What I don't like about this hotel is if you got a room on the parking lot side facing some HVAC units at night, you are going to have a hard time falling asleep. The walls are like paper thin so you hear every bit of noise. The other thing I found weird is the parking is actually not free and they charge a ridiculous amount of $20. This is kinda in the middle of nowhere in Houston and $20 is like a downtown Houston rate. Really weird and unfair in my mind.

  Very nice hotel. A lot of the area is under construction, but I never heard any noise. Then again I stayed during the Christmas holidays.
  
  But the front desk attendants were all so hospitable, friendly and welcoming. They immediately checked us in and out. No problems encountered here. Hotel is new and rooms are still in very pristine condition. Very spacious rooms as well. Room service and the pick up service was pretty cool. Order food over the phone and pick it up downstairs.
  
  The only downside to this particular location is that there is only street parking, and to park in the garage it costs nightly. There weren't too many people staying during our time there so we didn't have an issue finding parking on the street. We just didn't like the fact that it wasn't an enclosed parking lot for the hotel, but I guess I can understand with this hotel being in one of those "multi/mixed-use" centers and parking might be kind of tight when everything opens up.
  
  I'd still stay here again.

  Keeping it real again Marriott! I must say the service overall is excellent. The new hotel has a great modern, yet comfortable design. I am a clean freak, so i think the rooms could be wiped down better with antibacterial products. The restaurant is great also. Shawn my waiter was very professional, friendly, and ethical. He brought my ticket and made sure i viewed it before taking my card. Most would have just taken my card and processed the ticket. This is very polite, thoughtful, and ethical. Great job! I have no complaints this time!

  I normally don’t write reviews but I had to this time! Our stay was incredible and we are amazed by the service. Jill is an outstanding manager and she made sure that we were taken care of! We arrived late with our 2 little children and she did every single thing to accommodate us and get us settled. The breakfast was phenomenal! The service was great (Karryngton was great)! Everything was just fabulous and we had the best experience! Thank you so much for everything!
