I've had many bank accounts but I must say this Shell Federal in spring Texas is the best. MICHELLE MIRELES always greets me with a smile what social Grace she has this review is long overdue everyone there is always so nice I think I'm going to cancel my Bank of America account and just use shell Federal credit Union. I don't have to wait 48 hours for my pension checks to clear like other Banks thank you For making my LIFE EASIER) 🙏

I’ve used quite a few different banks over the years and by far Shell FCU is one of the best I’ve ever used. Everyone from my father down to my cousins and aunt use them and sing their praises as well as I. Haven’t ever had a issue so to speak and if I have a question about something usually they’re pretty good about answering the phones. Favorite bank by far here in Houston and would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
