  My name is Fanchon Moore and I am a client of Freedom Maid; it is the only home repair service that I use for any repairs to my home (the home is a 75 year old home built in 1945). I am very impressed with Maury's knowledge of the details of each home; Maury treats each home as if it were human, with its own personality and characteristics; Maury worked as if he honored the home's original architectural design. He was extremely personable; prompt and professional; and possessed my all time favorite,(EXEMPLARY COMMUNICATION SKILLS.) RIGHT ON, FREEDOM MAID!

  Freedom Maids did an amazing deep clean for my home! They did the job on short notice and were very responsive with calls and texts. One of the workers had a car accident on the way to our home, but he still showed -- that's dedication! Looking forward to having them out for spring cleaning again.

  “Following an unexpected illness of a family member, we found ourselves in need of a team to help in quickly readying the home for our family member’s return from the hospital. We reached out to Maury and his team for help. Our family member had mild hoarding tendencies, and the home was in need of “top to bottom” cleaning. While we found ourselves overwhelmed, Maury quickly responded with a depth of knowledge, skill and awareness to the unique needs of such a situation. Upon their arrival at the house we felt an instantaneous comfortability in working with Maury and his team – they conveyed a clear understanding of the immediate needs, as well as an exceptionally high level of professionalism. They welcomed our participation and sought our feedback throughout the process, and they attended to our family member’s home with empathy and compassion, displaying a genuine positive regard and respectfulness for both the space and the person. Their attention to detail – to all the “small things” – was truly remarkable. In addition to deep cleaning the entire home, they also attended to needed repairs and made runs to our local recycling center. Maury secured needed supplies and tremendous amount was accomplished in a very short period of time. When our family member returned, he was appreciative of, and very pleased with the work that had been done. He is now regaining his strength and health in an environment which is not only cleaner but also one he feels he is now able to maintain.
