“(See update below) Thought I would pay the extra money for THE name brand. Salesman promised the world and provided great communication... until the install went wrong. Now nobody will take or return my calls. The only thing I need fixed is the side walk-through door, which was never finished being installed properly and is so poorly installed, it could be knocked down easily with a strong shoulder. Something they could repair in no more than an hour. I waited 2 months before leaving this review, giving them a chance to reply but after multiple calls... nothing. Find someone who will stand behind their product! 5/16/2018: I was able to finally reach the crew manager who personally came out and reset the door, which did need a full reset. Rating raised to a 4 (they don’t have 3.5) because it really is a great shed. Still battling a few smaller issues but receiving actual responses now.”

“This place was fantastic! I needed a truck topper so I contacted this establishment. The gentleman answering the phone was very polite and informative. When I showed up at the location, I was shown exactly what I wanted. They didn't have any in stock so the man drove an hour to a warehouse to pick one up! I never expected to walk in a store and drive away with a topper installed! Wonderful service and highly recommended. **This was the day before Thanksgiving and they didn't hesitate to help me even though they all probably wanted to be with family. I never even felt rushed!”

“I took my level 1 training course in Cleveland, Ohio today! My trainer was Shawna and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had never tried to apply lashes to anyone before so this was all new to me. When I signed up they advised me not to practice on anyone until my training. I'm glad I waited until yesterday to learn. Shawna was really helpful and patient with us the first day when we were learning how to apply lashes. She is very thorough and shows you exactly how you are suppose to hold your hands, pick up lashes etc. My first day was pretty rough but day two was so much better!! Thank You Shawna I wouldn't of passed my training without your knowledge and help!! I can't wait to take my certification course.”

The instructors aren’t just people who learned from a book they are real life truckers with experience under their belts. Billy kept the class fun and entertaining. She kept calm and collected throughout the entire process and never got frustrated with us even after we asked the same questions over again.
