Professional, courteous, thorough technician. He does a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him if you ever need a plumber. I appreciate that he took a long time to get it done correctly and even came back on his day off to finish a couple of details. He has a lot of experience. Cant recommend highly enough.

I had a leak under my sink. I called for service on a Saturday morning. The dispatcher called me back in 10 minutes and the plumber was out 20 minutes after that. Plumber's name was Ken. Very friendly and professional. He was detail oriented and even adjusted the faucet mounting! I could not have asked for quicker service or a more professional plumber.

Ken came over and helped my grandparents who were in major need of a plumber! Ken was able to fix the sump pump in a timely fashion. He was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. The customer service was second to none and I would highly him and Gladstone Plumbing Company to anybody.

The work was executed within 30 minutes and I felt relieved of the worries I had. He was very courteous and explained what was going on. A leaking heater on a Friday night caused me to call them. I asked to have it replaced by noon on Saturday. Ken and Dan showed up at 9:30 am and were done and cleaned in 2 hrs. They are fast, knowledgeable professionals who are very courteous and friendly. They work from a book of standard install rates, so there is no guess-work.
