After trying to get multiple septic companies to come out to fix my grinder pump problem, A Advanced Septic was the only one that made the process easy. All others either couldn't pump out my tank and fix the pump too, or I would have to wait days for them to come out.
Mr. Jim was very knowledgeable and got the job done in the same day. I could tell he was concerned about me as a customer and explained everything that was going on. He pumped out my tank and replaced my grinder pump as well as other components. The other companies I was trying to get to come out kept giving me a run around for about a week! I am so grateful A Advanced Septic was able to get my problem resolved as quick as they did.
