  Absolutely fantastic clinic!!!! After driving all day looking for a clinic this was THE place!!! NOW I know to go there first!! Their app is fantastic....sign in on your phone...see where you are in line...and get treated by the BEST folks!!!!!! AND they take my silly insurance!! SO friendly, very concerned and helpful!!! You won't be disappointed!!! Forget the other Urgent Care places. Thank you Dr, Julie and the entire office!!

  Amazing medical and customer service!!!! Even with aftercare over the phone was amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a TV in the room. They will be my first call anytime i need urgent care! Wonderful people and place!

  Before I discovered there was a Next Level Care only 5 minutes away from my home, I was driving to the Champion Forest location. Needless to say, I have no reason to go to that location again. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in to when I left. The NP “Julie” went above and beyond for caring for me and making sure I get better soon. You will NOT be disappointed with the level of care you receive from “The Woodlands location.”

  Our 6 year old was not feeling well and I thought for sure he had the flu. (high fever, very tired, body aches, cough) Being it was a Sunday and I didn't want to take him too far from home, I decided to try Next Level Urgent Care. EVERYONE there was EXCELLENT from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Our provider (Christopher Jones NP) was AMAZING!!!! He was very thorough and right away he said he didn't think he had the flu but pneumonia. He had him get a chest x-ray (on-site) and in no time we were out the door with the prescriptions needed for my son to get better! I can't leave out how AWESOME the nurses were also. Thank you all sooo much for the great experience. I am one very appreciative mom! And PLEASE, don't ever change !!!!!! ~ Erica

  I had to take my 2 year old here for strep and a high fever. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, we were treated like family. The experience was far more from what was expected from an Urgent Care. They offered my daughter juice and cookies to make her feel welcome and not be scared. Julia was great and explaining our benefits, still not sure why I pay more than cash customers (just the great USA health care system). Tanika was a great tech who was so gentle and understanding of such a young patient. And the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Julie Carr treated her as if she was her very own. They were quick and thorough and explained everything along the way. Thank you so much for everything you did for us that day.
