Out of all the doctors I have taken my mother to, and there have been quite a few, I have to say that this was by far one of the best experiences. They absolutely did it right from the front office experience, to the main nurse we spoke to, to the doctor herself. They actually seemed to be listening! I didn’t say anything to my wife, but it was one of the first things we both comented on at the same time. It was surprisingly refreshing to visit an office that deals commonly with the elderly that did not appear overwhelmed or rude or annoyed that we were there. Nice job!
