I was having trouble getting my points to load so I could use a coupon and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Then they let my dog show off his tricks (he’s a real ham) and we’re so super friendly. This is my go to place for anything pet related. Great people, excellent customer service, and just a fun place to shop.
