(February 6, 2019, 11:42 pm)Ok so first gym I have ever joined, I really enjoy working out here, every one is super nice. They have so many different machines and so far has not been super crowded and I come during the busiest times too. Always clean, staff is awesome and machines are kept in good working order. I was originally only gonna do the ten dollar membership but the hydro massage and the deep tissue massage chair totally sold me into getting the black card membership. The only thing that would make it into a 5 star review would be if they added a sauna room. Please add a SAUNA!

(February 5, 2019, 11:33 am)New facility with plenty of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, lots of classes included great price. Really nice locker room areas, I especially like the no judgement zone atmosphere. I’m 60+ years old and 30 lbs over weight. Never have I felt embarrassed or intimidated when I was at the gym.

(January 11, 2019, 9:20 pm)I believe in giving second chances and appreciate the reply. After I wrote this review, I went to the counter to talk to someone about this guy. She told me she would inform the manager and that he does this all the time. I do not want to get someone fired. That he is like that and decided to work there makes little sense to me though. It is like he can not read the big signs all over the gym. I was extremely upset and uncomfortable when I one-starred. The women at the counter, the other people working there, this reply, and a couple days to cool off helps... a lot. This gym really is nice, clean, with well maintained machines, and all of the other employees I've had contact with where extremely friendly and professional. Four stars, I just hope this does not happen again to me or anyone else.
Previous complaint:
Despite their mottos, they have jerks walking around giving unasked for advice and HE worked behind the counter!!! When I politely informed him that I did not want advice today he responded with "it's quality not quantity" and I had to repeatedly tell him to walk away. I will find another gym as soon as I am able. -

(November 26, 2018, 11:23 am)Great deal. I have been to a lot of gyms all over America and this is a good one for a great price. I honestly can’t believe all you get for the money. The semi-private personal training classes are great, although some of the trainers are not nearly as good as others. It’s still a bargain to have them included for free. The unlimited tanning and red LED booth usage alone is worth way more than the $20/month that I pay. The gym is immaculate. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this gym is clean. I love the circuit training area- it’s a circle of machines and cardio steps meant to work out your whole body in 30 minutes. It has a big light showing green when it’s go time, red when it’s time to be moving to the next station. UNFORTUNATELY, people don’t seem to notice the sign that says “for 30 minute circuit training only” and clog up the circuit by just working out stationary and one or more of the machines. This is my only complaint about the gym. I just try to go when it’s as slow as possible. Plant Fitness personnel: PLEASE put a bigger sign there.
