  This place has changed my family's lives in nothing but positive ways. My son was struggling with confidence and we were looking for a way to help. We knew we had to take him here. As a child I attended here and had to leave for health reasons but I knew that this was the place for us. This isn't a place that just teaches self defense, just teaches techniques, just teaches forms, just teaches sparring, or just teaches weapons, it teaches it all. The instructors are some of the highest ranking, highest regarded people and are also truly helpful and want to teach. There is no negativity only positive training. They don't teach limitations (but will easily work within yours). I highly recommend Kuk Sool Won of Clear Lake. They have taught me and I know, "I can do more than I think I can."

  Coming to this school has been one of the best choices of my life. My family and I have been studying here for almost three years now, and I have loved it since the first introduction lesson. Kuk Sool Won in general is a martial art that is taught in a positive, family-friendly way that invites people of all ages to join. It not only strengthens you physically, but also mentally and spiritually. This school in particular is one of the best. The instructors there have a vast knowledge of the art, the school owners are among the highest ranking practitioners, the office staff is friendly, and the school tries to accommodate any schedule issues. having graduated high school and starting college, life can be crazy, but I have been able to make it to the level of black belt candidate without having to worry about falling behind my family and fellow classmates. This experience has been one of the most incredible and rewarding in my life. Thank you Kuk Sool Won of Clear Lake for changing my life for the better!

  The Best family friendly Martial Arts Program in the Houston area, with the most experienced instructors in the Country, who have a desire to share their knowledge and experience freely. The school has the ability to teach all ages, abilities and fitness levels, with a focus on each student becoming the best Martial Artist they personally can. You truly feel part of a family, and the support and encouragement from classmates and instructors is amazing!

  We happened upon this school toward the end of 2015 when the teacher at our daughter's Montessori school recommended it for our six-year-old. So thankful for this referral, the school, and the positive impact the Kuk Sool Won instructors have had on our daughter. She exercises her mind, body and spirit during class time and carries the attitude of "doing more than I think I can" home with her. The school promotes self respect, self disciple, self confidence--and reinforces the good manners taught at home. What a happy find! Cyndi and Troy

  Kuk Sool Won is a great place to learn self defense, to get or stay in shape, and a family friendly atmosphere. Our family has been training here almost 5 years, and we plan to stay for life! The instructors are very knowledgeable, and the black belts here are truly amazing, and world renowned. Definitely worth trying out, hope to see you there!!
