Kuk Sool Won in general is a martial art that is taught in a positive, family-friendly way that invites people of all ages to join. “Love almost everything about the Y, except their hours. The kid watch is great, the staff are friendly, but the hours suck. So trying to get back into the gym when your hours are limited really is frustrating, many times I've thought about canceling for that reason only.”
