“This post is specifically about the staff. I don't know who hires these women, but they are fabulous, especially Alexandra. I've been going here since I was probably 10 or so, and I'm now 23. My entire family also goes there, including my 4-year-old nephew (with whom Dr. Grilli is great, by the way; he did a entire check up with my nephew standing up because he refused to lie down on the examining chair). Anyway, over the years, we've had great interactions with his staff, but none more so than Alexandra. She truly cares about the patients and listens to them. I just received the sweetest handwritten card from her congratulating me on an upcoming event. Now, I know some businesses will write generic "happy birthday" cards, but this was different. In it, she talked about things my mother had told her about my event and even about things my nephew said. I already liked Dr. Ilustre, but her sweet gesture sealed the deal. I'm moving to a new city in a few months, and I will still make the hourslong trek down to come to this practice.”
