“I googled mechanics in Baytown, Tx that do electrical work/repair and I called him first but I got his voicemail. So after 2 hours of calling other shops and being told "that job is too small" or "we don't do that kind of work", I almost gave up for the day. but then the nice woman from Santiago's returned my phone call. After listening intently to my problem, she said "it would be no problem, to come on by." After looking over my truck, Santiago stated me my price. we agreed and he briskly got into it. I then waited MAYBE 20 minutes and my problem was fixed. I'm so relieved now cause I had things contingent upon completion, and he did a vey good, very fast job. he then told me what it was from and why its not good to just buy parts off amazon or other online sites. needless to say, i now have a go to mechanic who made me VERY satisfied. i even gave him a little extra money because he didn't give me an excuse or try to rip me off. if you are looking for a great mechanic for engines or electrical, I suggest you go to this shop. I know that I will be using him again for a starter in the morning. Now I can continue on with my day and all thanks to Santiagos Auto Repair!”

“Met Ronnie at a local MC shop and noticed the FORKLIFT sign on his truck, started a conversation and learned he and his partners were locals and had a shop in Baytown that offered service calls. Service at my location was just what I needed. So later that week I gave 'em a call and had them send their service truck over to diagnose a problem with my forklift. He found the problem with our fuel system and fixed 'er up on the spot and the problem we'd had for weeks was gone and we were able to get back to work with a forklift that is now running awesome. The cost was minimal compared to the effect a fully operational forklift gave us back the efficiency we regained. Overall, 100% pleased and currently, Ronnie dropped off a sweet used forklift for us to tryout, as we are at the point we need to expand our operation. These guys are easy to deal with, give 'em a call.”

Then he went in his shop and came back and went under the car and did something. Today I don’t know what he fixed but when I left my car sound like a new car no more noise and the price was reasonable. I refer family and friends to him. “This company has excellent top-of-the-line equipment to have your diesel engines tested to give results and diagnose the issue. The only thing was when they quoted me a price of about $1600 I asked them if they were sure that was the only issue and I would not have to be paying more money for other things because if so I would’ve probably sold my vehicle they said no this should be it in a part of fixing that they did some more tests and told me it was about Another four things I needed done which totaled up to about $5500 including the 1600. I wish I would’ve known that before spending the 1600 but other than this the shop has nice equipment up-to-date with the current diesel technology going into the vehicles overall I would recommend”

We thought it was one issue but it turned out to be both front wheel bearings. I was having a bad customer service experience, partly because I have been taken advantage of and over charged from other mechanics in the past and it’s caused me to be distrustful. The manager at Discount Car Care Katy Mills called me and apologized. Right off the bat before asking me any questions. Just apologized for the fact that I was having a bad customer service experience. Then he went above and beyond to turn my experience into a positive one. Got parts delivered over a holiday weekend and got me back on the road asap. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Customer for life.”

But I found out that the owner Jose and Victor are very patient and walk me through the whole insurance claim and repair process. The whole shop is clean and organized. I was worried about they couldn’t find the right parts on time due to the supply chain issue. But Jose and his team was able to get all the parts needed within one week and complete the repair one day before the estimated completion date. And their price is transparent and reasonable. “My car looks and drives well so far. It took a while for the car to get finished but Walter did an outstanding job on my vehicle!!! He was also very courteous, I got body frame repaired as well as paint and the car looks great! Color is a perfect match! I would give 5 stars but communication was not the best between me and the female owner and that is a must when you have someone vehicle and cash was paid for services upfront. I'll admit the man owner her husband was pleasant. I thought she was when I paid her until she blocked my calls. I do recommend this company just be sure to be willing to wait a while for your vehicle to be finished as they have several vehicles and still accept more vehicles in the line up for services!
