“This is not an urgent care. It operates like an ER but BETTER! Myself, & my daughter have utilized SignatureCare (3 times) and each visit: Admittance was swift, with excellent care and service provided. This facility offers everything an ER does, their ultrasound service is outsourced (aka: mobile) not on site. My experience was for pneumonia. THANKFULLY, the staff’s diligence found a gallbladder issue, ordered an ultrasound (which arrived in no time) and I was transferred to North Cypress H. (For surgical procedures) As SignatureCare ER isn’t set up for such critical care. I am grateful to all staff for their courteous professionalism.”
