I can't remember his name but the gentleman that worked in the area with the fireplaces was exceptional. He helped us with all of our questions even though they didn't have what we looking for he helped us find it at another store. He even went to other departments helping us locate things. Wish all the lowes had employees like him. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. Wish this store was closer to where we lived I would definitely shop with them more.”

“I visited the Home Depot Fairmont location on November 18th. I was in search of some screws for a stool but had no idea what sizes I needed,(I brought the top of stool with me) after searching for 20 minutes myself. I recruited some help. So James happened to be waking down the aisle and he asked how was my day. I asked if he could help me and he said of course. We proceeded to search for these screws. Andi was very difficult considering we had no other acre to match against it. He was persistent and friendly and professional the entire time. It took him about another 15 minutes but he actually found the screws I needed! I was very grateful. I believe that is one of the great traits of customer service, making sure the customer has what they need, having a great attitude, ensuring their satisfaction and that they will definitely return. James in Hardware (hopefully their is only one. He had an awesome beard) he is the gold standard in customer service! “It's a perfect place for all my home needs. May it be tiny fix or bigger change.. A small piece from my kitchen cabinet broke and we tried several options at home before we stopped at home depot but nothing worked. In the Home Depot visit, the sales guy was able to give us a quick and easy fix. Appreciate it. And I don't want to forget about the light issue we had which was also resolved now. However, my view is the pricing is a bit high. Just reducing a star for the pricing issue. Otherwise I love it.”

“So this happened to my mom but I had to share since she’s not technologically inclined and it had to be shared. She went here and was looking at a swinging bench. She was driving an suv and they didn’t have a unit in a box and was worried because it was the last one they had but really wanted it. During the conversation with the cashier another associate over heard and was just about to clock out and go home. Well he asked where she lived and offered to deliver the bench. Needless to say my mom bought it and he helped her get it home. This is the most important part.... after he dropped it off she tried to thank him. She said his response was “ NO, THANK YOU BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS I WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB”. I mean just give this guy a direct route to management. Can’t go wrong shopping at a place with employees that have this level of customer service. Thank you JEDS for the amazing experience you gave my mom.”

The assistant manager helped me get my delivery quickly after the mistake and the delivery team was very helpful and good at their job. The store is very short staffed so it is hard to get help or get the phone answered but when you get someone they are very kind and helpful. Will go back for our next purchase”
