“AWESOME gym/box. Grateful that they are so close to where I live. Staff is professional and welcoming, facilities are very clean and well-maintained, and the training is top-notch, plus they are always looking for ways to improve. I didn't realize how sloppy some of my movements were until I got here and I was taught better. Prior, I was also used to being taught to lift more, though not necessarily smarter. Here, they emphasise form over weight first. They also don't give attendees a hard time over scaling: basically do the right movement and load for YOU. Since coming here, I've gotten pregnant, and through it all, I have been taught how to modify/scale and still feel part of the group, and still get a great workout. The community here is great, too. No one packs up until after everyone is done, which is another nice thing: that we are all in this together. The coaches also talk about lifestyle choices, so not just the workouts, but rather, a more holistic view that applies to life outside and can be applied to the gym, as well. I can't say enough about this place, and the people who make it. Plus: they have not only first-aid, but a heart defibrillator, just in case.”

I will definitely go back here again if i ever need any oral surgery.”

“My customer service experience with this repair company has been top notch. Over the past 3 years, that without a doubt, these guys are always on time and highly dependable. They have helped me out in many binds related to instrument repair, evaluation, or obtaining loaner equipment. On a consistent basis, their repair service technicians will stop by my facility at least once or twice a week just to check in on how things are going. They also do a great job performing bi-monthly onsite sharpening & refurbishing to address the preventative maintenance needs of frequently used instruments. In addition, every time I make an urgent service call, they show up on the scene immediately to retrieve the item. Repair turnaround time is usually the same day or next day. However, some specialty equipment such as scopes and biomedical equipment are usually sent off to their main lab located in South Carolina for further evaluation. When items are sent off to the lab, the turnaround time is usually 1 week or less. I typically receive a weekly email updating me about the status of any items that are currently in the lab for repair with an estimated shipping date. Therefore, it is no secret that the USMS Houston office is a branch division of the South Carolina home base office; they are not an outsourced company. I have been working in the Sterile Processing/Surgical Services industry for almost 20 years, it is my professional opinion that this company exceeds at their customer service, communication, and workmanship. I am glad that my company has chosen to partner with them.”
