“A great office. Complimentary notary services. Always ready to help when I'm buying or selling a house or condominium or car. I had State Farm for 30 years before I switched because of price. This office still handles my flood. Importantly I had a few claims over that time including a subrogation where I didn't file a claim with State Farm, but their lawyers represented me with the other insurance company-- I paid to have my car fixed, and was reimbursed in full several months later by a weasel agent I would otherwise have needed to sue. The claims I had were always handled expertly, fairly, and usually quickly, and this office was great about staying on top of the process and letting me know what was going on.”

Not sure what these other posts are talking about getting calls back etc. but perhaps it's because they haven't ever actually been treated here. Everyone I know that I've referred here has had a great experience and ends up returning. Don't listen to the "rating crabs" that put one star because they didn't receive a call back, listen to people who've gone here for years. Good people, good staff and good work going on here period.”

“First visit. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean facility. Refreshing to have a front waiting area that doesn't have noisy TVs. There are magazines to read. Very professional Doctor O. She explained everything to me calmly and clearly. Very nice, although she does talk a little fast. Not too happy I have to check with insurance about the mammogram and ultrasound places. Not a long wait at all. Overall definitely glad we are coming here now.”

“We had an amazing birthing experience at Pristine Birth and Wellness! The midwives are absolutely amazing! My two previous births were in the hospital and I had horrible experiences each time. I knew from the start of this pregnancy I wanted to birth my baby in a more calming and personable environment. When I switched over my care to the midwives they immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision to birth my baby in a birthing center environment. They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. The birthing rooms at the birthing center are beautiful. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. My birthing experience couldn't have gone any better and I really owe it to the midwives who were so supportive and built me up before, during, and after delivery of my baby.”

“I wanted to write this to let everyone know that the staff here was great and friendly. They helped me so much after I was injured in a care accident. Genesis was always helpful and understanding if I could not make into a scheduled appointment. Alora help and made sure I understood everything during my time doing physical therapy. And last but not least Katelyn was an absolute joy to talk with. She always made sure that she was gentle and that I was not in any pain during my visits. Overall the staff here made me want to come back and I will keep them in mind if I need any future treatment.”

“I really enjoy coming to see Dr. Welty and her staff as they always get me and my family in and out very quickly. Every one of her staff is very friendly and make you feel so welcome when you walk in. I too enjoy the cleanliness, and up to date technology, as I know I’m in good hands with her. For me she updated a crown and implant I had done years ago, as well as teeth whitening and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely would recommend this practice, I’ve even sent other members of my family to see her as well.”
