“Came here last Friday for a Team Build Event with our company. I have done many team build events in the past but nothing like this ! It was amazing, scary, mentally and physically challenging, when we left here, I had an adrenaline rush like I never had before. Keith was great! Seems they had this planned out right down to the T! It couldn't have went better. We all had so much fun and in the end, jumping off the 40 ft drop was scary as heck but well worth it in the end, it definitely brought our team closer together. I highly recommend this place for a team building event, I may even go back on my own to do the wall climbing again. Thanks much to Keith, TJ and Jacob. Great job guys !”

“Today Feb 28, I went to the Kroger Northpark with my infant he start getting fussy. Some white 60ish lady screamed to my baby SHUT UP then she said we Americans are more educated then yall!! Omg yes those are words coming out of this lady my blood was boiling by second ok????I told the lady are you seriously your educated more then me and you are tell my baby to SHUT UP SMH if are oldery person don’t like kids or maybe she is a KKK don’t like any race. I feel sorry for their neighbors if she has any. She needs to stay home with their on shadow. Now my question is what would you do in this case??to me any stores are public people are talking registers are scanning you can hear the noise sorry then you are at the wrong place. The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with. The members are also wide-ranging of all different skill levels, but are all so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
