I took Janan’s class, and it was awesome! Janan kept things upbeat, and the class was good for all levels. Also if it’s your first time, you get free mat & towel rentals. “Our dog collapsed while we were out at breakfast. Since it was New Years Day, we didn't have a ton of options and luckily found this place (thank you for being 24/7/365!!!). Our dog was experiencing anaphylactic shock, and the vets took great care of her. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Even though it was an incredibly stressful experience, I was pleased with the level of care. (And yes emergency services are expensive but not as much as I thought it would be). The only thing I would improve upon is the exit process. I asked for a copy of my dog's lab results twice and ended up leaving without it. We were also told we'd get setup with a dog dermatologist to figure out main allergens, but I need to follow up on that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for emergency services.”

“This place is amazing. If there is something seriously wrong with your pet, this is the place to take them to. Yes, it may be more expensive than most places, but you are paying for the expertise and experience of the team taking care of your animal. I had no doubt after my initial visit that my dog was going to be in the best hands possible and it’s obvious that the team here cares for your animal like their own. Everyone here is super friendly, and the doctors and team take a lot of time in listening to you and explaining what was going to happen. From the initial visit to the post surgery recovery, the communication of everyone is outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.”
