“Prices are OK, staff is friendly but after the sale everything goes downhill. Said delivery would be on Tuesday, called and checked-in that morning said it would be delivered after it wasn't delivered by Thursday my wife continued to check-in daily until I had to drive-up in person on Saturday- delivery got done same day. BUT they did not have the cable connections for the electric reclining sofa. I was told they would finish setting it up the following weekend, it has been 3 weeks and no word. Curt got everything taken care of very fast and it is all working properly, love the sofa and couch and very friendly service (family owned). 4/5!”

We went in wanting to compare 2 different mattresses from online stores. They had both models there. It was SO nice to be able to try them out in person rather than just relying on reviews online. Niko had great insight on how they were similar and what the key differences were. He knew his stuff and was pleasant and personable. Our Sleep Guide was instrumental in helping us pick between our top 2 choices. We actually went home and mulled it over for a few days so we could decide if we wanted to go with an adjustable base or not. When we were ready to move forward, we were able to complete the transaction over the phone. Slick and easy. They will be coming out to set up our new bed when it arrives. I'm expecting a 5 star experience from that as well, but will update my review if there's anything else to add.”

We met salesman Jackie on Wednesday and he spent a rock solid hour showing us slab choices, and, then we came back Saturday and Jackie was a blue collar cat unloading trucks in the August heat. I knew right then that I was n the right place. Jackie personally tagged our exact selections. I've been a family run remodel contractor for 40 plus years and I appreciate a grinder. Jackie and his people perform. It was four jumbo slabs so Jackie and Joel brought an 8 man crew. Not many shops can accommodate that manpower.
