“First desk people were top notch! Especially the night desk gentleman. I was there for work for two weeks and he helped me extend and stay in the same room when other people wouldn’t have bother to go the extra mile to make my stay easier while I was away from my home and family for so long. The only negative is they could tighten up on the insect problem. Had to crush a few, but I knew that it’s an issue a person runs into in most places.”

“The place is very clean at all times, you get what you need in the hotel room. Shampoo, shower gel, towels, and a desktop place are some of the necessities that were fulfilled with no problem. There was enough room for 4 to sleep in a 2 Queen sized beds room, and there is a third one that comes out of the couch. Very comfortable and high-quality materials everywhere. My only complaint would be that a Samsung remote was not provided with the smart T.V., and instead, only the Direct TV remote was included, eliminating the possibility to connect the T.V. to your phone via Smart View or adjusting basic configurations like brightness at night. I give it 5 stars... It deserves them.”

“This venue was gorgeous and very well priced! I have no real complaints about my experience with them. They do have many, strict rules about their venue, but they are not difficult to stay within the bounds of. The sound system is also a bit unpredictable at times in the night. I was also slightly disappointed we did not get to use the beautiful fireplace inside because they told us (day of) that we could not have the sound system on and the fire place on at the same time due to fire hazard. So be aware of that!”

“My very first time staying at this hotel. I can say everything was good. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He was not just n the office looking out the window are looking at camera, he was outside walking around talking with the guests making sure everything was going okay etc. He made you fill welcome. The rates are good. I'm a military vet I asked for a downstairs room and he was able 2 make it happen. I have three iron pins n my back and he understood where I was coming from. I couldn't walk stairs. If I'm ever n the area again I will stay again. The hotel is visible from interstate ten going east are west in Baytown TX. There is truck parking for all my truck drivers out there that my read this. There is also truckers rate at check in.”

“They have10 hbo channels, very clean tub and shower, weekly rate $420, breakfast 6 to 9, great housekeeping service and while your out with no hassles, four pillows and microwave with full size fridge. Some rooms have really nice lounge chairs and others have desk and leather office chair in the king bed room. Smoking rooms are upstairs but smell nice. One of my favorite affordable places to stay long term.”

“Stayed one month. Amenities and facilities were fine. The couple managing the park were professional and friendly. Pets accepted but limited area to walk however, the Willow Waterhole is 5 minutes away and is great for long dog/human walks and watching nature. Rear of park much quieter; we were near front and traffic noise was significant even late into night - the only reason this wasn’t five stars.”
