Experience with another company took all day (they charged by the hour) but resulted in days where the lights wouldn't come on, and we had to call the other company back out. “Great staff. Dante was the Sunday morning breakfast ambassador of goodwill. He made us feel so welcome. He is the reason I'd go back to this hotel. Plus... the pancakes were wonderful. Eggs anyway you like them and good coffee. The hotel was super clean and the decor "in style."Every one there was really nice. When I return I will choose this hotel. I would give them 5 stars but the happy our was weak ...chips and salsa. Hopefully that was a glitch and not their normal fare. Loved this place.”

“I have been staying at this hotel for about 4 years when I am in town, usually staying for no less than a couple of months at a time. I have been in several rooms over the years and have had no qualms about the facility. I have yet to be offered a dirty room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff clean the rooms everyday if you allow them. I really like the relaxed atmosphere(there is no 10 page legal document being recited to you verbatim by some corporate drone, there is no $25 late fee for being 10 minutes late paying the next week's lodging-NOON!!! Pay up or die.) My only gripe about this extended stay hotel is there is no laundry on site, but the laundry is only 2 blocks down the road. That's pretty easy. Heck, I-45 is only 1 block away. If this is the area you need to be. You can't get much more convenient than that.”

“Clean all around. Creative room layout. Standard breakfast foods. Nice dining area. Courteous staff. Good bed. Lots of pillows. Bring your own showerhead, if you like more than a light spray. Good lighting at the sink. Hot water is... Hot! I liked it. Convenient location with access to highway, good restaurants and entertainment. Tiny fridge and microwave. Good AC.”
