“I called the main 1-800 number for Directv and after being on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred 4 different times they finally scheduled an appt for a technician to come out and see me with a 4 hour window.... then the technician showed up 20 minutes after the scheduled window time. I couldn't stay any longer and was very frustrated. I looked online and found AAA1 Satellite Guy, thankfully a local phone number, and he answered right away. Rick was able to come to my home the same evening and get me installed. He was very professional and experienced, you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Not only was he able to connect my home but he also was able to connect my RV also. Rick used the existing wires I had in my Home and RV so he helped me save me time and money. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking Directv with out all the wait time and high cost.”

“This place is very clean and staff are most helpful and friendly. The lobby and breakfast are amazing. Because they are family friendly I there are a couple of items I would like to address. The cable /WiFi hookups are within small children's reach. They could be moved up or covered to keep little ones safe. Also the floor lamp and electrical outlets were and issue for us. The lamp tips easily and the outlets are not covered. We did enjoy our stay and will stay again!”
